Eco Modern Flats located in Campus Corner at The University of Oklahoma. J Lou Properties purchased this property in 2015. Built in 1932 and in very poor condition. We soon realized this was a very evasive project. Consisting of six buildings, 12 one bedroom units. The project required a complete demo to the studs. All units were updated with modern HVAC, plumbing, wiring, and LED lighting. Maintaining the old structures to keep the charm of the neighborhood alive was key to our vision for the project. We looked to a fresh clean design. J Lou currently manages the project. It has been a very successful project due to its excellent location near the Campus Corner District and proximity to The University of Oklahoma.
