Midtown Office Park
Midtown Office Park located in Midwest City. Originally a 15 acre golf driving range. The land was purchased at auction after the failed business. It took many years to get the land to a condition where it could be developed. Part of the land was in a flood zone and had to be raised due to the construction. Phase one of the office park is complete and consists of 10 buildings and is predominantly medical space. We were surprised at the demand for medical space in the area. The office park has been a big success. Phase two infrastructure has just been completed. Phase two will consist of additional office sites, a restaurant and a 94 unit apartment complex. The vision of Midtown was to create a walkable living and work place. The city has a planned trail system extension that will connect Midtown Office Park to the rest of the community. Lots are available now in phase two.
